Is there a satisfaction guarantee?
YES, our processors and suppliers live by their products as we live by the services we deliver and therefore provide a quality guarantee. If YOU are not completely satisfied that you have received the right product or the product you have received does not meet your reasonable expectations according to our agreed quality and price structure we will replace the product free of charge on your next scheduled delivery day or provide a credit on your account.
What should I do with the product if I am not satisfied?
First, make sure you let us know straight away by phone or email so we can determine the best course of action. Second, FREEZE any perishable product and the driver will collect the product and bring your replacement when we next deliver. From here we will return it to the processor, supplier/manufacturer so the source of your concern can be identified and our systems modified as part of our commitment to quality improvement.
