Description

A quick and easy Pasta perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

450g Diced Chicken
1/2 Brown onion finely sliced
2 cloves crushed Garlic
2 tablespoons Basil Pesto, either
preprepared or homemade
Pasta fettuccini or spaghetti
Olive Oil.

Method

Cook Pasta as per packet instructions.

Brown Chicken, Onion and Garlic in a deep sided frying pan in a little Olive Oil.

When past is cooked drain well and add to pan.

Stir through Pesto and serve.

Serving Suggestion: Add some thicked cream to
the final stage to be a little more indulgent.
