Ingredients

-2 potatoes
-2 carrots
-4 asparagus
-1 red capsicum
-yellow beans
-1 onion
-salt and pepper

Method

- Slice the potatoes
- Peel and coarsely chop the carrots
- Prepare the remaining vegetables and set aside
- In a bbq dish, drizzle with olive oil, then add the onion and potatoes. salt and pepper. Close the dish with aluminium foil. cook on the bbq (first grid) until potatoes are al dente, then add the carrots. Cook 5 minutes.
- Then add the remaining vegetables and cook according to your taste (or vegetables cooked al dente)
