Description

A recipe of fresh appeal to children. Can be served with a piece of meat.

Ingredients

- 1 large cauliflower,
- 3 tablespoons curry
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 large shallot,
- 2 cloves garlic,
- 250ml of tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce,
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- Salt and pepper.

Method

-Put on your cauliflower for 40 minutes over medium heat. Drain it.
-In a pan, add mustard, oil, salt, pepper, shallots and garlic.
-Sauté 1 minute and put the cauliflower.
-Cook over high heat 5 minutes.
-Then put the soy sauce and curry powder and then tomato sauce.
-Stir gently and let simmer covered 10 minutes over low heat.
-Serve hot.
