Description

Flavor and sweetness rendez-vous with this orange mish-mash.

Ingredients

- 5 medium carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 onion
- 15g butter
- 1l chicken broth
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- 4 Chicken Fillets
- A few pinches of paprika
- Keep celery leaves to serve

Method

In a large do-all, melt the butter add the chopped onion and chopped celery branches.
Wait until the vegetables become transparent (mix regularly) then add carrots, cut into half-slices. Cook and stir 15 minutes. Add a liter of broth and cook 30-40 minutes covered. Add coconut milk and then throw the chicken breasts cut into strips. Wait 3-4 minutes until the chicken is cooked then remove the soup.
Purée the soup in blender.
Serve in a bowl, and add the shredded chicken and garnish with celery leaf and paprika.
