Pork tenderloin glazed with honey and vanilla

Ingredients

- 800 g pork tenderloin
- 1 vanilla bean
- 4 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 30 g butter
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- Salt and pepper

Method
